Browsing and preferences
Search runs in your browser. Your device stores the theme preference and a submission refresh timestamp. Cloudflare processes standard request information to host and secure the site. We do not install advertising or analytics scripts.
Google sign-in
Better Auth handles Google sign-in on our Cloudflare Pages Functions. We receive your Google account identifier, name, email, verified email status, and profile image where provided. Authentication records, encrypted OAuth tokens, sessions, verification state, and rate limits are stored in Cloudflare D1. We use a Secure, HttpOnly session cookie on the production site. Session records may include your IP address and user agent. Google processes authentication under its own privacy policy.
Product submissions and review
We store your product website, title, logo URL, tagline, detailed description, categories, cover image, optional source code URL and build platform, pricing, account ownership, review decisions, feedback, and timestamps in D1. Cover images and submissions are accessible only to their owner and authorized reviewers. Logo URLs load directly from their provider and may expose standard request information to that provider. Your account email is not published in the directory.
Badge verification requests the public website you enter to confirm it links to the AINavly badge. Submission does not automatically publish a listing. Review approval and editorial publication are separate steps.
Retention and deletion
We retain account and submission records for authentication and editorial review; a fixed retention period has not been established. You can delete your unapproved submissions from My Submissions. Associated uploaded images and account data are retained unless separately removed by the operator. Contact the review team through a submission to request correction or removal of an approved entry or account data; identity must be verified before action.
Suggestions made before account-based submissions were introduced are retained privately in a separate legacy table for editorial follow-up. They are not automatically attached to a Google account.

The static AINavly Vercel directory directs submissions here. External products and Google have their own hosting providers and privacy policies.
